The Family Protection Audit is a professional consultation service that includes personalized analysis, recommendations, and guidance based on the information you provide.

No Refund Policy

Because the Family Protection Audit requires professional time, preparation, and individualized recommendations, all sales are final.

Once your purchase is complete and the audit has been scheduled or performed, no refunds will be issued.

Promotional Credit

If, within 12 months of your completed Family Protection Audit, you purchase an eligible insurance or financial product through Safe Nest Benefits, the $39.99 you paid for your audit will be credited toward that purchase, subject to applicable law and product availability.

This promotional credit is:

•⁠ ⁠Nontransferable.

•⁠ ⁠Not redeemable for cash.

•⁠ ⁠Limited to one credit per completed audit.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments missed without prior notice may be considered forfeited.

If We Cannot Provide the Service

If Safe Nest Benefits is unable to provide the Family Protection Audit after payment has been accepted, you may choose either:

•⁠ ⁠A rescheduled appointment.
